Note: This CME is visible to the west in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and STEREO A COR2 coronagraph imagery. The source is likely an M4.4 flare and eruption from Active Region 13777 (S04W89) starting around 2024-08-14T03:40Z as seen in SDO AIA 131, 171, 193, 304 imagery. An opening of field lines is visible near the western limb at this time in SDO AIA 171 and 193, and post-eruptive arcades begin to form around 05:30Z as well.
